Dr. Vinay Kumar Malhotra is currently the General Secretary of the Rotary Welfare Society for the Deaf and a former college principal. He has authored 25 books on international relations, politics, and poetry. Dr. Malhotra has also served as the past president of Rotary Club Ambala. In addition, he has been a governing body member at MN College, Shahabad, and Vivekanand Prathmik Pathshala, Ambala Cantt, and was the General Secretary of BD Senior Secondary School, Ambala Cantt.
